How It Should Have Ended always creates some of the best and funniest parodies based on popular movies and culture. In this video their focus is on the ending of the 2013 hit movie Man of Steel.
Man of Steel has got to be one of the best movies of 2013. But as in any film their can be flaws. HISHE sure does know how to spot these flaws and place them in the right and funny context.
The beginning of this parody is correct, Why didn’t Jor El make a memory chip of Kal El’s mother. Superman fans do know that one was created in the original Superman. Lex Luthor talked to the simulated mother of Superman in Superman 2 in the Fortress of Solitude. But not here, maybe he did, and the conscious of the mother will be in Superman 2.
Of course there is a flaw in HISHE’s plan of taking Kal El’s baby ship and throwing it at General Zod’s ship. The fact being that Kal El is not used to alien technology being a farm boy from Kansas, USA. How would he know it would be the key to getting rid of General Zod. Also, we are dealing with only the consciousness of Jor El not Jor El himself; in reality he might gloss over such a fact.
But HISHE sure does know how to wrap up endings in a way that makes it easier than it really was in the movies. Also, if Superman had known about the alien ship transporting the Kryptonians to the Phanton Zone we would not have had that awesome alien invasion fight at the end of the movie.
The endings with Superman and Batman in the diner are always the best. Batman is always awesome, and Superman is always laid back. Aquaman is right, we need a Justice League movie. Well, maybe a better Justice League movie than what we got.
