Comics Review: Avengers vs X-men Round 2

Comics Review: Avengers vs X men Round 2

The fight between the Avengers and X-men begins along the coast of Utopia, the X-men’s headquarters off the coast of San Francisco. Previously in Round 1, Captain America had arrived on the island demanding Cyclops to hand Hope Summers over, because the Phoenix energy is drawn to her, and could destroy the world. The Avengers arrive in S.H.I.E.L.D’s heli-carrier, and ready to battle with some of the most feared mutants in the world. The world is watching, for the news channels are filming this event. It’s hero verses hero. Marvel Comics seem to be doing this a lot lately within several of their story-lines- heroes are seen as the villains; and [...] Read more »

New G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation Trailer. It’s What You Remember From Childhood

Cobra-GI Joe

I remember as a kid rushing home from school to watch one of my favorite shows, G.I. Joe. I would collect as many action figures as I could, and collect  many of the vehicles that they would fit in. Cartoons are not what they used to be. They had a lot of violence, but it never influenced me to do violence. G.I. Joe was exciting to watch, and there always a good message at the end. My only regret was never getting the Snake Eyes action figure. Snake Eyes was always too popular for me to find the toy in stores. The below trailer tempts me to search for the [...] Read more »

Hot New Avengers Assemble Trailer Here!

Captain America-Avengers

This trailer is the Avengers not any one has seen before. Nick Fury looks like the Fury of old comics, but has the voice of Samuel L. Jackson. Ant-Man makes an appearance. The Incredible Hulk never look more fierce. This a movie trailer anyone will truly remember. Enjoy. That’s right! It’s your favorite Marvel action heroes, The Avengers as action figures. The trailer was done very well, I must say. Thor looked a little dirty, he was probably just taken off of the shelf. I love the ending where a dragon is chasing Iron-Man instead of a giant spaceship. I guess the makers of the video improvised.   Featured Image [...] Read more »

Let’s All Sing The Spider-Man Theme Song

Wax Spiderman

Every time I hear the Original Spider-Man Theme Song written by Paul Francis Webster it takes me back to my childhood. Now I am not that old to have watched the original TV series air in 1967; I watched it as a kid in the 1980′s when they aired the reruns. When I was a kid they used to play the 1967 Spider-Man television series; I used to watch it every morning before heading out to school. The Spider-Man theme song is etched within my head, I may not remember all the words but the tune, and some of the words has always stuck out to me. When I saw [...] Read more »

Clickfree. Click Good.

Maybe you can relate. This happened to me a couple of times. In the past, something happened to my computer. I did not know what is was; but there was some glitch where I could not log into my computers. I sit there for a while, staring at the screen struggling to log-in and the computer gives me an error message. I felt very frustrated, and of course cursing out the machine. Recently, I had this experience happen on my new HP Mini Netbook . I kept getting an error message after logging into my netbook telling me that I was using a temporary profile, and I was not able [...] Read more »
